Nippon Kabaya Ohayo Holdings Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) establishes a social media policy regarding the use and participation in social media, and by adhering to this policy, aims to conduct itself responsibly as a corporate entity.

Definition of Social Media:
Refers broadly to media platforms that allow individuals to transmit information and facilitate viewing and communication among an unspecified number of users via the internet.
Purpose of Participation in Social Media:
To create new value through communication with customers and contribute to the betterment of society. Specifically, as follows.
- To share employees’ passion for our products and services with a wider audience and more customers.
- To raise awareness of our products and services among a wider audience
- To gain deeper understanding of what products and services our customers truly desire

Principles for Participating in Social Media
1. Awareness and Responsibility
Regardless of organizational affiliation or employment type, members of our Group understand that social media is a platform for communication based on personal connections. Information shared online is accessible worldwide, and once posted, can spread widely and rapidly beyond expectations, becoming irreversible. Such dissemination may infringe upon the rights and interests of others or cause unnecessary concern. Individuals’ posts can be perceived as representing the entire Group. With this understanding, all members will engage responsibly, without misrepresenting their identity, and communicate with sound judgment and decorum.
2. Commitment to Proper Messaging and Communication
We engage with respect for others, listen to customer feedback, and actively share useful information to provide valuable experiences. Care is taken in both the content and manner of our posts to avoid spreading misinformation or causing misunderstandings. If incorrect or misleading information is shared, we will promptly apologize and make corrections in accordance with relevant laws and internal Group policies.
3. Compliance with Rules
We respect third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and act carefully not to harm the reputation, trust, or other interests of others. In addition to complying with internal Group policies, we strictly observe national and local laws as well as social norms.
